Terms of service

AlquilerLaManga is a platform that connects property owners with potential guests. We are NOT a real estate agency, booking platform, or payment processor. We facilitate introductions only.

We do not process bookings, handle payments, guarantee property quality, or mediate disputes between hosts and guests. Any rental agreement is between the host and guest directly.

Users must provide accurate information. One account per person. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Users are responsible for keeping their password secure. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Misleading listings will be removed. Hosts must have legal right to rent the property and must comply with local short-term-rental regulations.

Tokens are purchased for use on the platform. Tokens are non-refundable except where required by law. Token prices may change with notice. Unused tokens do not expire.

Users agree not to use messaging for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or soliciting payment through insecure methods. We may scan messages for fraud detection (contact-info warnings).

Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences. We do not remove negative reviews unless they contain personal attacks, discriminatory content, or are demonstrably false. Reviews can't be edited after 48 hours.

Listing content (photos, descriptions) belongs to the host. By uploading, hosts grant us a license to display it on the platform. We may use listing data for llms.txt and similar machine-readable formats to help guests discover properties.

We are not liable for disputes between hosts and guests, property damage, personal injury, payment disputes, or any loss arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is".

We may update these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
