Account: email, name, phone. Profile: avatar photo. Listing: property details, photos, location. Verification: government ID photos, utility bill photos. Communication: messages between users. Usage: page views, search queries, IP. Cookies: session, language.

Account and profile: contract performance. Verification documents: legitimate interest (fraud prevention). Messages: contract performance. Usage data: legitimate interest (improving the service). Cookies: consent (non-essential) and legitimate interest (essential).

To provide and improve the platform, verify host identity and property ownership, detect fraudulent listings (EXIF analysis, reverse image search), send notifications about enquiries and messages, generate anonymized statistics, and populate llms.txt for AI discoverability (listing data only, never personal contact info).

Other users: profile, listing and message info (only conversation participants). Service providers: Supabase (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Google (maps). Law enforcement: when required by law. We never sell personal data.

ID documents are stored in encrypted private storage and only accessible to the verification team. Deleted within 30 days of verification completion. Never shared with other users.

Account data: kept while account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request. Messages: kept while both accounts are active. Usage data: anonymized after 12 months.

Access, rectification, deletion, portability and objection. Write to info@alquilerenlamanga.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es) if you believe your data is being mishandled.
